Pet-Friendly Apartments: Cats & Dogs Welcome

Alvarado House is fully pet-friendly and welcomes both cats and dogs. We maintain a maximum of 2 pets per unit, only a 65-lb weight limit for dogs. Our transparent pet fee structure: $35/month pet rent. The Echo Park location provides direct walkable access to Echo Park Lake, making Alvarado House ideal for dog owners seeking outdoor exercise and green space.

Policy

Alvarado House is a pet-friendly community, welcoming both cats and dogs so your entire household feels at home. A maximum of two pets are permitted per residence.

Pet Deposit/Fees

$35 monthly pet rent.

Breed Size/Restrictions

Dogs are permitted up to 75 lbs each. Please contact onsite management for details regarding any breed restrictions.

Number of Pets Allowed

Up to two pets per apartment home (cats and/or dogs combined).
